Dr. Salvatore Claudio Fanni is a radiology resident of the Academic of Radiology of University of Pisa, and he is currently in the first year of his PhD program in Clinical and Translational Sciences at the same University.
His major research interests are quantitative imaging, with a particular focus on radiomics, artificial intelligence and natural language processing applications in radiology.
He is a member of the young club committee and the Radiomics auditing group of EuSoMII and collaborates with the Imaging Lab of University of Pisa on many European projects.
His PhD project aims to investigate the role of Delta-radiomics in the prediction of response to therapy of GI-tract tumors.
