Atopic dermatitis and allergic contact dermatitis are both highly prevalent diseases with a high impact on quality of life. The clinical picture is often superimposed and a correct differential diagnosis is not always easy. The therapeutic strategies available at the moment are instead diversified. The aim of the research project is to characterize the aforementioned pathologies from the point of view of blood markers, clinical expression, gene and immunohistochemistry in order to highlight similarities and differences and to proceed with tailored therapy of the patient.
