Antonio Giuseppe Naccarato

Professor Antonio Giuseppe Naccarato is Head of the Division of Pathology, University Hospital of Pisa (since January 2016).

He is also Director of the “Oncology and Molecular Medicine Program” for “Clinical and Translational Science” PhD Course.

He is Honorary Associate Professor at the School of Science, Engineering and Environment all’ University of Salford, Greater Manchester (UK).

Prof. Naccarato is Co-founder of “DIGIPath srl” a Spin-off of the University of Pisa and coordinator of the course “Anatomia Patologica” Canale A-K for the Medicine and Surgery School.

Merit Award Donation winner from the “HEALTHY LIFE FOUNDATION” (Hove, UK).

His main research topics are: Breast pathology, Neuropathology, Dermatopathology, Cardiopathology.

He published over 141 scientific articles on international peer-reviewed journals and 11 book chapters.
